Ok folks I have never had a boat before simply am about to pick up a 17' canoe for my 5 year old son and I to fish out of. I am wanting to put a trolling motor on it and was wondering if I will have a problem getting the license for it if it doesn;t have a title?

Shouldn't be a problem as they want your coin. They might have to inspect it, just tin can't say for sure on that.

This has come earlier on here. Might want to do a search and read what was posted before. If I remember correctly it got some decent feedback. I'1000 non sure that information technology would require licensing.

I'one thousand not certain that it would require licensing.

If you put any kind of motor on information technology, electric or gas, information technology requires registration.

I bought a 12 pes apartment bottom john boat iii years ago from a guy downwardly the road to exercise some pocket-size stream fishing or float hunting Ducks.
I wrote downwardly the serial number on information technology to have to court house to license information technology since i was going to use a trolling moter on information technology.Once there they checked the number and asked for the title which i didnt have. They told me i had to go dorsum to the guy i bught it from and become the title and so gave me a proper noun of the guy who last licensed it.Which wasnt the guy i bought it from.Well the guy i bought it from bought it from another man.Had to rails him downwards to enquire him in which he didnt take a title. But he wrote a statement that he was the original owner and lost the title.Me and him got that noterized.I took that to the court firm and they licensed it in my name and put in title to my name.So it can exist washed but takes a piddling piece of work.

What DH said. Information technology tin be done, only you volition be enormously p'd if your courthouse is like mine. They are just a agglomeration of old hags trying to be a teenie bopper again. Yours might be helpful though. I finally dealt with the courthouse in the side by side canton on the process and took all needes documents back to mine and proved to them information technology could exist done.

Actually it was one who writes such tickets that muddied up the h2o for me. I also assumed I had to register it but ran into one of our fine officers on the creek and he said its up to the officers discretion and he would not right a ticket just for that reason.

Really it was one who writes such tickets that muddied upwards the h2o for me. I too assumed I had to register it but ran into ane of our fine officers on the creek and he said its up to the officers discretion and he would not right a ticket but for that reason.

So it'southward the police force, just most officers don't care to write tickets for information technology. Makes sense to me.
